MAINTAINING GOOD HEALTH AND FITNESS

    The state of your health and fitness is determined by your life style.
Modernization brought with it so many things that were not part of us in the past.
Laziness is now taking its toll on our health. Majority of people are now leading a sedentary life style as opposed to the way we lived in the past which tended to boost our health.
   Affluence,  which resulted from improvement in financial standing has created a hydra-headed problem for the elites in the society. Goods and services which ordinarily are meant to improve the way we do things have been miss applied such that the health and fitness of the elites is nose-diving. Automobiles are designed to improve our movements from one location to another but not all journeys should be made with these Autos. The use of bicycles and feet for movements which tends to give our health a boost has been relegated to the background. Shorter journeys are expected to be made on foot or with the use of bicycles but the trend now is the use of automobiles at any given opportunity. Exercise has been relegated, the use of air conditioners is miss applied e.t.c. All these are having adverse effects on our health.
    In summary, let us retrace our footsteps, do the needful, take expert advice and give our health and fitness a big boost.
